Regulatory compliance services for your company

Record of processing activities (GDPR)

I prepare the record of processing activities required by Article 30 of the GDPR, the basis of all data protection documentation.

External DPO

I act as an external Data Protection Officer (DPO) when mandatory or advisable, overseeing compliance and liaising with the AEPD.

Digital disconnection protocol

I implement the digital disconnection protocol (art. 88 LOPDGDD) to govern communications, devices, remote work and rest.

Data protection in the workplace

I bring the processing of employee data into compliance: payroll, sick leave, CVs, cameras, time control and devices.

Data protection audit

I review your existing data protection documentation and draw up a realistic update plan.

Security breaches (AEPD)

Assistance with security breaches: risk assessment, notification to the AEPD within 72 hours and corrective measures.

Equality plan

I negotiate and implement the equality plan that is mandatory for companies with 50 or more employees (RD 901/2020).

Pay / salary register

I prepare the pay register that is mandatory for all companies (RD 902/2020), broken down by sex, job and category.

Pay audit

I carry out the pay audit where applicable, with job evaluation and analysis of the gender pay gap.

Sexual and sex-based harassment protocol

I implement the protocol against sexual harassment and sex-based harassment (LO 3/2007), with its procedure and channel.

HACCP system and self-control

I coordinate the HACCP self-control system and compliance with food safety regulations.

Health registry

I process and review the health registry and the documentation of the food establishment.

Food handler training

I organize food handler training and its accreditation.

Allergen management

I implement allergen management and labeling in compliance with Regulation (EU) 1169/2011.
