An inspection proceeding, stage by stage

Knowing how the procedure unfolds prevents missing deadlines, which is where companies acting without legal assistance make the most mistakes:

1. Start: requirement or visit to the workplace. We organize the documentation and the account of the facts.

2. Infraction notice: it is presumed accurate unless proven otherwise and classifies the facts as minor, serious or very serious (LISOS, RDL 5/2000).

3. Submissions and decision: 15 business days to make submissions and propose evidence; afterwards, a decision that can be appealed administratively or judicially.
