I also advise attorneys on the best way to propose and prepare expert evidence and proceed with the examination of the expert witness during oral hearings.

I have the advantage of having experience in the field of Occupational Risk Prevention, both in the forensic and academic areas, and also with university qualifications, postgraduate training in Occupational Risk Prevention, and I am specifically trained in the preparation of expert reports or opinions and in acting in oral hearings (report ratification), which provides complementary and invaluable knowledge of the judicial environment, procedural avenues, evidence articulation, case law, oratory and performance in oral proceedings before Courts of Justice.

My professional practice is exercised both in the private sphere for individuals or legal entities that request my services, preparing extrajudicial expert opinions as a party expert or in the judicial sphere in any of its jurisdictions: civil, criminal, administrative, labor, in which I act as a Court-Appointed Expert.
